If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it for a refund of the product purchase price, store credit or exchange other items. We give you 20 days from the shipping date. Please keep the item(s) in new condition, if you plan to return a bow, please do not put rosin on it, email us email@example.com before return your order, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied a copy of invoice, please pack the item(s) carefully in the box just like the way it came. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We will credit back your account or send a refund check.
